Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon basil
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons sliced green onions (didn't have so i didn't use)
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2 In a small bowl combine all of the spices, breadcrumbs, etc. (everything but the fish)
3. Coat the fish in the spice mixture. You can either do this by shaking in a bag or by dipping the fish in the bowl to coat it.
4 Shake off any excess.
5 Place the fish on a baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray (or us foil to cover the pan)
6 Bake for 6 minutes.
7 Turn over and bake for 4 minutes.
8 Turn over again and bake until flaky, about 4 more minutes.
9 Serve immediately.
And a little fun in between

Happy Valentines Day
Once we got back to our house we hung out and talked...and of course...played Dominoes (if you didn't guess that was going to happen, you have not read the last few posts :o) The TV didn't even get turned out. That's how you know you have wonderful friends. You are the entertainment for one another. I am so thankful for our friends and so glad we all live close enough to hang out 90% of each week. Yes, I just said that I was glad we live close to one another, which is probably as close to saying "I am glad I am back in peoria" as anyone will ever witness.
Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's day as well.
